Lee and the ServPro crews were brought in to tackle a ceiling issue that was caused due to poor installation of our solar panels. All of the teams that came into our home were kind, courteous, helpful and top notch at their craft. In less than one week, they had the ceiling out, insulation out, new insulation placed, ceiling back up and then painted along with the walls. Lee and Jordan were on top of customer satisfaction as well. They were in constant communication with us throughout the project. We cannot say enough about their level of work and attention to detail and our situation. We would absolutely recommend ServPro for any updates needed in your home. Well done, Fellas.

We were happy overall with Terron and the ServPro team addressing our water damage. Coordination was good and the crew was very professional. The only negative was when the drying equipment was removed without telling us nor giving us feedback on the final moisture readings.

Wow! We called for a basement flood, and the team was out the next day. They were extremely professional and fast. They also worked directly with our insurance company and made everything easy. Octavius and Saeed were the best contractors that I've ever worked with. When they left, everything was clean and dry. It was truly like it had never happened! Wow!!!

We had a house fire in March of 2022 & decided to hire serv pro to help us restore our home back to the home we loved & missed unfortunately that is NOT what happened, we have had countless issues with contractors not having good workmanship, a leaking roof that resulted in MOLD, my ceiling tore apart for the last 4 months with no drywall in the middle of winter with a newborn & three year old. Our insurance company paid serv pro over 300$ thousand dollars & they have left us with our home in pieces. I called serv pro multiple times & wrote e mails, they notified an insurance company was taking things over & have not heard anything from them after an adjuster had come to my home. If you’d like a company that truly doesn’t care about YOU or your well-being I would hire them. Definitely do your research, possible after this awful review I will get a call or e mail answered…

Terrible! The workers that these people hire do not care about your home and the quality of work they complete. They send work crews that don't speak English with no one to manage them or speak to them. Please do you homework and research the correct way to do things if using this company because they will do a half effort job and the customer ultimately pays in the long run! Our original project manager, Mike, was basically MIA through the process unless it was to collect a payment installment. They removed engineered hardwood from the damage and dropped off vinyl samples to chose from...um no. We found our own flooring. Our flooring was installed incorrectly because they nailed the engineered hardwood in to particle board subfloor. Particle board requires floating installation. They had to redo everything! Every step of the re-installation was done hastily and often caused more damage to the house then the original issue. We had to have multiple things corrected. One team removed part of the incorrectly installed floor and all the nails/staples. The next crew who removed the rest of the floor were planning to leave the nails/staples. I had to oversee the whole install. They weren't going to put an foam underlayment under the floating floor until I called the manufacturer who stated this must be put between the hardwood and the subfloor. They had to leave and get the product only because I insisted it be done. They were actually going to reinstall the floor incorrectly again! WHY ?!? Because they don't care about your house and doing the job right! The workers reinstalled the trim never removing the old nails just bending them, not even flush, and putting the trim back. Needless to say it didn't sit flush to the wall. I feel bad for Jonathan, who started managing our project after after Mike. He seem to genuinely be a nice guy but is surrounded by poor workers. I would never recommend this company. I hope Jonathan moves on to a place that is more respectable

Octavius & Damien were so helpful and nice. Extremely polite and definitely puts the customer first. They communicate on everything they see and keep you involved. I would recommended these two individuals for anything I would have in the future. It was pleasure having these two guys come to my home and handle everything. I’m extremely satisfied.

These people are amazing. They made this process so easy for me when I was over-whelmed with my dad’s care. I felt like everything I needed from them was handed to me on a silver platter. They are a bless king and I can’t recommend them enough!
