-9000 stars wouldn't be low enough for this group. The lackluster "service" they provide is so awful I told them the next time I sell a home I would refuse to sell to a buyer who wanted to use them and that would be stated in my real estate listing. There were so many issues with closing to sell my condo you may need popcorn and a drink to read my review.
A week before my settlement I received a call from them telling me if I didn't sign off on a paper form and get them a wet signature copy by end of day to get my loan payoff my settlement would have to get pushed back. It was the first time I'd ever been asked for it.

I was scheduled to come in the day before settlement to pre sign for my mortgage. That had to be cancelled because as of the day before I did not have a settlement sheet to sign that was correct.

Settlement had to be pushed until the end of the day it was originally scheduled at 8 am for because they neglected to get the condo master insurance policy for my property. I had to get it myself and provide it to them so settlement could even happen.

The night before settlement I was still getting emails with requests for information because they waited until the last minute to do their jobs.

The day of settlement they neglected to verify they got the buyers wire, gave my keys to the buyer and let her leave and never got the wire payment. They did not contact me to ask if I was okay with a dry settlement or if I wanted to wait to settle until the following week since it was Friday. They also did not tell my agent who was handling settlement on my behalf there was an issue when they knew about it. After they finally informed him he contacted me. While my agent was on the phone with me telling me what was happening they let the buyer leave without permission from my agent or me.

I did not get paid for selling my house until Monday.

I went to their office Monday to get my check and discuss what happened. Conveniently the incompetent office manager Stacy was not in the office. She never called me as requested to discuss the botched service they performed.
The level of "service" offered by these people is disgusting. I would NEVER use them for anything again. Stacy should be fired. If I had an employee who performed at as low of a level as she did I would terminate her immediately.

I have been a full time Realtor since 1972. This was not an easy transaction.
Due in a large part to Staci Hair’s knowledge and perseverance everything finally came together. My seller got his money and the buyers got their property. After several problems with the mortgage company, she finally got everything together . Then the day before settlement,John Soto , a New York policeman was slapped with 3 days mandatory overtime.
Staci immediately got all of the required documents together Emailed them to the buyers , arranged for a notary & the required signatures. Had them overnighted by priority mail and we closed only One day late.
Wow!! But for Staci things would have become very difficult.
It is nice to know that in this current working environment there are still people who care and get thd job done.
