Lady is extremely rude. Called my mother looking for me , I am 25 years old. Should not be contacting other people looking for me. Called the number back to see who it was and she asked me if I had a family member who can help me pay for the collections? Then asked me if I own a credit card and can give her my info for a payment plan. I told her I do not have the money right now to do so and she was extremely rude to me. Almost as if she demanded I had to pay now on the phone with her. She was condescending like everyone else says on here. This company has plenty horrible reviews I can’t believe nothing is being done about this.

I’d give zero stars if I could, woman robin brown was extremely rude, pushy and condescending. Called my father looking for me because I didn’t answer her call about a medical bill I didn’t even know I had. Said I was “refusing to pay” when I wasn’t refusing I just simply stated I don’t have the funds for a $2000 bill I knew nothing about right now. Based on the rest of these comments seems like this is nothing new for this company. Rude employees with zero regard for the people they are calling and harassing their family members as well. Hopefully something gets done about them.

Extremely rude when I picked up the phone. Refused to tell me what the call was about and proceeded to speak condescendingly towards me when I asked how I knew it wasn’t a scam considering he didn’t identify himself or his company.

EXTREMELY unprofessional company. Very rude and condescending. They will not accept a payment plan from me because I have an online bank, they will only accept a paid in full. This is their own personal policy to not do so.
Nicole the account manager and faith the actual branch manager are both very rude and unprofessional. Highly reccomend staying away from this company.

Ridiculous...A woman called me this morning and wouldn't tell me where she was calling from, and after 54 seconds she was rude and hung up on me. I hope the owner or manger sees this. How you treat a potential client means the world. Good luck with employing people like her.

Even if you paid in full they will hold your debit or credit card and they may keep hitting you for same old bill. They refuse to send you a letter that your debt has being paid in full. So they can rip you off. Their business practice is nothing more than shady scam to collect your information to live from you. Lawyer up if they do that to you.

I chose one star, as there is no option to chose zero or negative stars. My deceased father received a bill from a medical provider 2 years post his death. I called said medical provider TWICE, advising them of his very valid insurance. They insisted he was paid directly by insurance in Jan 2023 (after he passed). I advised no check was created/no check received/no check cashed - asked for leadership to call me; but instead they push me to this company. This company altered the billing, now the bill is in my brother's name and my brother's address. My father is not mentioned on the bill AT ALL. I called this company and yes i was rude, yes i was aggressive and i would do it again because i match energy received. The rep that answered, horrible phone manners. Actually made the statement to me "if you are so upset over the bill, pay it for him". Refused to validate my father was deceased, refused to validate there was an estate, refused to communicate back to the medical provider that we are disputing the bill. I ended up hanging up on them. I filed a BBB complaint and posting a review here.. hoping it finds anyone that is placed with this company. Protect yourself, this company will not validate or share any details with you on the debt. (And before anyone from this company attempts to respond by saying you couldn't share with me due to HIPPA - you should have thought of that prior to putting the bill in someone else's name/address). You have my number, the calls are recorded right? if someone from leadership would like to discuss i am available.

I know no one likes to deal with collections, and the agents' job is to collect money. We get it. But there is no need to be rude about it. My bill in particular had issues with insurance as the servicer kept submitting it incorrectly and sent it to collections anyway. Cindy is the worst collections rep I've dealt with and I've dealt with a lot. The first couple of times I spoke to her, she seemed kind and understanding, but once I started to understand how things worked, she became very rude and wouldn't answer my questions. She hung up on me two different times because I was "argumentative". I literally wanted her to answer my questions concerning their "policies" that they kept pulling out as excuses. I spoke to a supervisor and I think we came up with a "solution". Yeah, we will see.
