When my mother died, as Executor of her Will, I was left with the responsibility of closing out her estate. Having never done this previously, I was totally in the dark as to how I should proceed. I went on the internet to try to educate myself about the requirements associated with being the Executor and all that I learned was that I needed legal help to complete this effort.
I had previously worked with Pete Tozer, Esq., but he had recently retired. He referred me to Stephen Molineux Esq. I made an appointment for a consult with Stephen to discuss my mothers estate and its closure.
At our consultation meeting, Stephen explained to me, everything that I needed to do. As he saw it, my mothers estate was a simple one. Stephen told me, there would be no charge for the consultation and I could think about whether I wanted to handle the task myself or if I wished to hire his services. I knew going into the consultation that I didn’t want to tread through this legal mine field myself; I hired Stephen on the spot.
Stephen and his associate, David DiPasqua, Esq, expertly assisted me with the probate of my mothers will, the collection of my mothers life insurance policy, and the paying of the inheritance tax that was due to Pennsylvania. They handled everything and only involved me when necessary.
It took about 7 months to close out my mothers estate. I could not have accomplished this task as expertly, cleanly or quickly as was accomplished by Stephen Molineux, Esq, and his associate David DiPasqua, Esq. They were a great team and they made me feel very comfortable in my dealings with them in handling this sensitive family matter.
I highly recommend this law office. Should I ever have another legal matter that requires the assistance of a lawyer, I would not hesitate to contact the Law Office of Stephen Molineux, Esq.

Small office. Secretary was not that pleasant. Mr Stephhen never reached out to my son . He never respodedd to any letters. I would not hire him as my attorney. He was assigned as a public defender.
