We have worked closely with Tim Fisher and his colleagues twice in the last year- once when we bought our home and secondly, for setting up a will and estate. In both circumstances, we were unsure and nervous about how best to protect our children and family's interests. For example, when buying a property, there were several gray areas relating to what came under the jurisdiction of the Home Owners' Association versus which we responsible for. Tim went out of this way to dig up the HOA manuals, land deeds and other historical documents to help us fully understand all of the issues involved prior to our purchase and gave sound advice on how we might navigate future issues in this area.

In both cases, Tim and his team took the time to carefully explain and discuss all of the legal areas with us, including answering our questions. With the will and estate, Sarah took so much additional time to explain all of details relating to unpleasant medical and financial aspects, in a manner that was as fun/manageable as possible. They even gave us a family rebate!!

They are very responsive by email, phone and in-person and have a great way of providing high-quality legal advice, in a manner that made us feel very comfortable. Overall, if you want an excellent legal team that will protect your interests and treat you like family, work with Fisher and Fisher!
