He is pretty expensive, but I felt he was working in my best interest. He has also gone out of his way to help me with other things that weren't necessarily related to my case. I'm sure there are better lawyers out there but he's not bad. Also, in regards to another review I saw on here, you also have to agree to a plea deal, they can't make you take one, if you felt you had a shot at winning then you should've taken it to trial. You chose the plea deal so live with it.

This guy is an overpriced public defender. He always looks to make you plea and or work with the task force. He will have you waive your preliminary even if it could get dropped. He is not a good lawyer. If you have any sense youbwont waste your money on this guy. He is a cop and dump lawyer. He wont do nothing for you that you couldnt do representing yourself. Stay away from this guy he cost me 5 years of my life for a bag of heroin.

Okay,first off,in my opinion a better lawyer cannot be found particularly in this area! As well helping me with my formal case he has made himself available to be of help numerous other times-no fee I should add-on matters not relating to my formal case!I've seen this man represent client's who owed him money where other lawyers didn't even bother to show up under the same circumstances!he will work with you on payments/your case,etc.,everything. That being said,for those not familiar with the local-common wealth-incarceration-for-profit,quilty until proven innocent ignorant pa laws know this; 99.9% of the case's,weather minor or severe,are plead-downs.knowing this the police exaggerate charges so that the plea option is not just the best option but the only option...and that's sadly very unfortunate.even sadder still...if no one desides to not even press charges on you the the state(Aka;the common wealth of Pennsylvania,)will pick-up any and all charges just if only to profit from your incarceration!quite frankly it's sad and insane but that's how it works people.so...if you are facing criminal charges this attorney is the best attorney for many reasons;from my experience;clipping the exaggerated charges down to what were actually charges I was closest to really being guilty of.and then minimizing the fines and jail time...so the only option being is to plead to lesser charges sadly.but he absolutely runs circles around your accusers-be it the commonwealth or another party!end result;instead of being incarcerated for months-even years(!), you get probation and/or fines and less severe charges on your record.bottom line is,you must plead to less serious charges or do some serious time if your found guilty(which for profit reasons and arrogant statistical purposes)say good-bye for a few years!oh,and be ready to pay the costs of your incarceration back to the federal government that the commonwealth of Pennsylvania received for providing you with a 3 meals and a cement bed! If you want the best representative for your case,go with Mr.sundmaker.if you want to stay out or minimize jail time,go with Mr.sundmaker
Personally,I do not know of anyone more capable than him! May God be with you should you only have a public defender...useless!

Secretaries are great but tom not so much, was never at my court appearances and always had someone else stand in for him, I give him credit for getting me a deal to have house arrest for something that carries mandatory 60 days but those charges were dropped no thanks to him, he promised me ard which never happened, had lawyers that had no idea what was going on stand in for him, terrible communications, said he would call me back multiple times and never did, and then in the end I was sentenced to the same amount of time as I would have gotten with a public defender, for the amount of money I gave him I would just say he didn’t perform.
