Terrible communication. They dont return calls, they dont give updates. Ive been waiting almost two years for a payout. My accident was in oct 2023. Ive had two different case managers and when they switched over it seemed like the first person did not update the new person with what was going on with my case. I had to threaten to email a supervisor for my calls to be returned. I was told my money would be ready in two weeks. That was two months ago.
