Shane contacted me almost immediately after I entered my information and questions online.
He was extremely helpful and compassionate with my situation.
I was not looking for a settlement, but for answers. He listened well and provided as many answers as possible in this situation. He took the information he had and was able to get two settlements with different insurances. I had no involvement whatsoever, except for a signature here or there. He knows his job well. He's compassionate and very understanding. Keeps you informed, and will spare you of any unnecessary details. I would definitely recommend.

Shane expertly looked over/reviewed a prenup for my marraige. In all of the craziness trying to plan and prepare for the wedding and travel he was very flexible and professional. He is personable and took a genuine interest and concern for me as a client. If I do happen to have another legal issue in the future, he'll be my first call, and I would recommend him to my own friends and family. Shane came recommended by a friend, and was absolutely amazing to work with. I needed legal help with an eviction for a nightmare tenant, and Shane went above and beyond preparing an air-tight case. Although evictions are not the type of law he normally deals with, he learned everything about it quickly and got my tenant out in a timely fashion. He was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process, making sure we were overly prepared so everything would go in our favor. The judge also loved his wit and personal ability. After the eviction was ruled, Shane continued his involvement by following up with the tenant with a very stern, but professional email advising him of the ramifications if he didn’t comply with the judgement and move out. Done. Tenant gone. I was extremely happy with Shane – he was thorough, competent, and a pleasure to work with. I’d definitely hire him again and would recommend him to anyone needing legal help.

I had the pleasure of working with Shane Boasberg for 19 months on a Family Law case centered on my divorce agreement to sell my jointly-owned house. We won!! Shane's experience, professionalism, and work quality were 100% on display when we arrived at court against the opposing counsel. He had a huge Trial Binder for the Judge to use and follow along during the trial, and over (10) exhibits to log in - more than doubling the opposing counsel's exhibits, and providing the ONLY binder to the Judge! Shane and I worked together to get evidence collected and sorted. We conversed long-distance, as the house is near Austin, and I live outside of Austin. Emails, phone calls, and text messages were more than enough! Shane comes prepared to win, and is armed with knowledge, wisdom, compassion, and a fire in his belly! His help is worth every penny, and his rate is extremely reasonable.

My business colleague hired Shane to represent us in bringing legal action against someone who did a hit and run on him, injuring him and destroying my property in the process. This case got quite a bit of attention in the local media, as it involved Pedicabs and downtown safety. Shane successfully represented us and won a settlement for us - very tenacious attorney, and he guided us through the entire process. That was several years ago. Recently, I called on Shane for a recommendation for assistance in an area that I know is not his specialty, but he returned my call on a Sunday morning and spoke at length with me about my issue. I went through 3 attorneys which where unsuccessful & stressful..Until I met & hired " Mr. Shane Boasberg!" The other party had a private good attorney which leaves me to believe why perhaps the previous 3 failed. Shane Boasberg accepted my case late in the process & took on the wrath of the other attorney & turn everything around to my favor! Shane would call me back all the time when I needed.. even on holidays ( not many attorneys do that). Shane has a unique approach of how the family law works & how to WIN. Shane somehow knows how judges lean & utilizes it in his experience magical strategic approach in trial. He takes control & makes things happen even when the odds are against you.. its like he knows what the judge is thinking during the trial & applies it with his strategy. Many attorneys only care about retainers with no result.. but Shane Boasberg priority is to: 1) the welfare of the true victim "children" , 2) protecting your rights as a parent & 3) RESULTS IN YOUR FAVOR. if you read this far... I hired Shane Boasberg June 2016 for a hit and run auto accident. One of the first emails I received was not to contact their insurance company, he would handle it. We missed our appointment with the auto company due to the fact their was no contact made. We went ahead and connected with the dots here.
Then I made multiple calls to Shane asking about the police report from the hit and run which I was told he had requested. I asked for documentation only to receive an email that he requested it that day.
I asked for a release from supporting my case which he said I would receive within 24 hours, which again has not been received. So, I've experienced nothing but promise after failed promises. I hope nobody else experiences this!!
