My public defender keeps trying to force me to plea. Mind you that some of the cases are from 03/01/2018. The COVID pandemic was announced on 03/11/2020. Over a year after the 600Rule expired, they cannot charge me, have to drop it. Then they tried to tell me thair goes by the date it was filed, That's the 1100 Rule. They only have 30 days to file them. Mind you I was never told me I was under arrest, nor my rights read. They, don't care about lawyer Clint privilege. Don't sent you notices, eventually if they mailed it, it would show up in my mailbox.

Multiple times I try to contact them to give information and evidence for a case I have and I get no answers or response. They are even rude to me when I ask questions. Very unprofessional and honestly I wish the Attorney General would put them under microscope and hold them accountable for any infractions
