Attorney Aaron Decker at Anzalone Law withheld my documents because I fired him for poor communication and neglecting my civil cases. I requested all of my records multiple times via email, but when I received the thumb drive, it only contained a fraction of what I asked for. When I called his office, they told me they’d send “a couple more pages,” with no explanation for why the full set wasn’t sent initially. It’s clear he didn’t send all my documents because I terminated his services. Withholding my records is a violation of my legal right to receive them. I will be filing a formal complaint regarding his unprofessional conduct. I’m thankful I switched attorneys—Decker’s failure to provide my full records is ethically unacceptable and disappointing.

Very disappointed in this law firm. Thought they would've helped my son since a family member works for them, but all they did was drag out his case. When asked the status & why haven't we settled, they heard the disappointment in our voice & said give us a few weeks & we'll get back to you. We waited to only get a letter that they dropped us. I sent a follow up email expressing my disappointment to the firm & asked for a call so we could discuss this & they couldn't even have the decency to respond back to my email or call.

The ladies at the front desk extremely nice patient and literally attends to what ever was needed.
