I’ve been going to this facility for almost 3 years now and have never had to wait or had any issues with anything. Julie and Dave have been accommodating and kind at every visit. They have made a not so great experience much better and have treated me with dignity.

This place is great! I always get in and out quickly. The staff is very friendly and the office is clean and nicely decorated. I’ve been to other places similar but nothing compares to USCCI. I’m so glad I’ve found this place!

The staff are very friendly and also professional. My visits are for urinalysis testing and the staff are efficient and move at a good pace allowing me more time for the rest of my day. I would not go anywhere else.

First it was is a beauty saloon (which I wouldn’t call a beauty saloon). It was called lulu beauty. Lady told me to leave my urine in the public bathroom and she will get to it after she’s done doing this lady’s eyebrows. After telling her that I didn’t feel comfortable leaving it in a public bathroom where anybody can do anything that I would like to get it sealed up in front of me while I’m there. She said no that’s not how she does it. I told her that there are federal guidelines on how to take a donor sample. I told her that she has to go through the lab checklist and then after signing everything that I get a copy of it. She then again told me that’s not how she does it and that I need to leave or she is calling the cops. I told her go ahead, and if she’s not gonna follow the guidelines then I’m taking my sample And my paperwork with me. She told me go ahead and get out of there so I took my stuff and as I was walking out the door she told me to F off!! That place is a complete joke This testing facility was the one at 92nd and West Peoria in Peoria Arizona

Worst place ever for service. No one at any location seem to be helpful or want to work. They close hours before their closing time as well. Recommend other places before these dump holes that milk the peoples wallet.
