Michelle at Mattress Warehouse of Uniontown was delightful! She greeted us with a smile and answered any questions we had about purchasing a new mattress and frame on the spot. She answered us with full knowledge and details of products within our price range and helped us find the perfect set up for a very low price! This store does not work and sell based off of commission or sales and Michelle helped us to the best of her ability as if it were a commission sale. She was fully invested in her customers. Truly a wonderful person to deal with. Give this woman a promotion or raise! Thank you for a quick, easy and seamless mattress buying experience! I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family for any of their mattress needs! 5/5 stars!!

Store manager, Emily Baria was very helpful during my experience at Mattress Warehouse in Uniontown. I had a lot of questions and she patiently answered all of them. She took the time to show me several mattresses until I felt comfortable with the one I chose. Although the one I was interested in wasn’t available in the store, she helped me find ones in store to compare to the one online so I could get an idea of what it would feel like. It was delivered the next morning and the delivery guys were very kind as well. Overall I was very pleased with my purchase from start to finish.

The Uniontown store is under new management and she did a fantastic job helping me find the right mattresses for my two sons. They have a cool thing called bedmatch that gives you a list of mattresses that will be right for you. Emily showed me my options and explained everything in great detail. They have super quick delivery. Super happy with my purchase.

Came here all the way from Morgantown arrived at 8:25pm on a Wednesday closed. No reason for it to be closed and nothing posted on the door. I can’t stand Uniontown nothing here is reliable. Prlly gonna be the last time I come to Uniontown for anything it’s always a waste of time. From the looks of it their selection was pretty shabby anyways.

Store associates are very nice and helpful but delivery (store pick up or delivery) was a major screwup. I requested a refund and have been trying to reach the corporate office refund dept for 2 days. No one answers the phone and NO ONE returns your calls. That just shows how Unimportant customer service is to them.

This is the best mattress store we've ever been too!!! Becky was the amazing assistant that helped us get an awesome deal on our first bed as a married couple. Would Highly recommend!!!! Amazing deals and free pillows
