First, let me start by saying I have worked with multiple Attorneys on various different genres of law over the last two+ decades.
***I cannot possibly recommend the Attorneys at Kimmel & Silverman MORE HIGHLY, and my recommendation does NOT come easily! My recommendation is MY word, and I don't give it without serious consideration, trust and confidence! ***
I personally have worked intently with Jacob U. Ginsburg on several TCPA cases. I have never attained the level of trust I have developed with Jake, with any other attorney I have worked with to date!
That is not in any way meant to discount the trust built, and the fact that I have also personally worked with and HIGHLY recommend two other award winning and recognized Attorneys at this firm - Partner Craig Thor Kimmel and Senior Associate Angela K. Troccoli. (We just haven't worked quite as intently, together.)
This firm and their staff are not only extremely knowledgeable; they are honest, have amazing and real humorous sides, truly look to serve their client's best interests, and in my experience are simply astounding from every standpoint imaginable.
They have successfully helped me, and are still currently helping me with several cases, and I cannot imagine ever working with any other attorneys for Consumer Protection issues!

I hired Kimmel and Silverman to help me end the onslaught of robocalls and text messages coming to my cellphone. With their help, I am just that much closer to getting my phone back from the robocallers. The key with this law firm is "Patience" When you elect to use their services, it will take time to settle. If you have a question about your case, I highly recommend you ask, however, at the same time, I do recommend that you let them to their thing. I don't recommend requesting an update every week... I promise, the reward is worth the wait in this situation. Thank you Craig and team for your help!
