Tom and his team, Dana and Robert are absolutely amazing. Thorough, efficient, and extremely pleasant to work with. Tom is an attorney so he delivers impeccable documents. I have bought many properties here in South Florida and by far this is the most professional and friendly experience I have ever encountered. I would recommend this office for all your legal needs. Let’s not forget Playa Toms dog who brings great energy to the office. Tom thank you for all you have done in our closing.

I called Runyan Law Firm and was quite disappointed with my experience. The owner answered the phone with a very bad attitude because I called after hours. As a potential client, I expect professionalism and courtesy, regardless of the time. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a negative impression of the firm.
