We were fortunate to get the recommendation for Shawn Wright from another
attorney who felt Shawn could better handle our needs.

We phoned Tuesday with hopes of getting a Thursday appointment since we
had plans to be in North Hills that day, and live 45 minutes away.

Shawn’s secretary said he was with a client and would contact us as soon as possible.

very clear our rights within the tax law, and of what the IRS can and cannot, or will
not do based on our personal history, we left knowing our difficulty was not even
close to as bad as we had feared, that if we followed Shawn’s advice we would soon be
be back on track with the IRS, and mainly, that we had made the best choice of a tax
attorney as could be.

Emailed Mr. Wright on September 24 with a time constraint matter that needed addressed before September 30 for my husband(just received notice 23). He emailed back right away asking for more details and paperwork. I did as he asked immediately. From that moment on complete radio silence. Several emails, multiple phone calls to his office , answering service, actual receptionist all saying he would get back with us. We have yet to hear back.The last message I left with
the receptionist was if he was uninterested in taking the case a simple " No thank you" would be greatly appreciated. Currently I have turned into a skeleton waiting for a call back.

I have been working with Melissa Reed in this law office regarding my application for Social Security disability. My particular case involved my lifelong affliction with the effects of childhood polio I contracted as a 3 month old baby.
