Phil Cardis is fantastic to work with and he listened to mine and my wife's questions, comments and concerns. He took the time to address each topic, one at a time and he clearly explained processes and steps to achieve mine and my wife's future goals.
What I also liked is that he included other colleagues on our remote call to ensure our questions were answered in case he was not able to answer them. What a great approach as everything my wife and I had planned to discuss was addressed in a timely fashion. We are super pleased. I had a great experience with Cardis Law Group. I needed to break my lease on a townhouse I was renting that was managed by an out of state property management company due to a water leak in the kitchen the company was not addressing. The property management company was extremely unresponsive and difficult to reach. Barry Rosenzweig at Cardis was able to get in contact with the company and have my lease broken with no penalty, and get my security deposit back. He worked on my issue quickly and had it resolved within a few weeks. I am 100% certain that without Mr. Rozenzweig’s help, I would have never had a resolution to the issue and would have been forced to live in dangerous and unreasonable conditions until the end of my lease. I highly recommend Barry Rosenzweig and Cardis Law Group for quick, efficient, and reliable representation.
