As a client I am very disappointed in how my case was handled. My grandmother had stocks and bonds that were to be tranfered to me when I turned 30. So together we went in to meet with Robyn. Robyn was extreamly hard to work with as she was more concerned with what she wanted to have happen than what I needed from the company. There was no clear communication in any aspect of what was happening. She also opened accounts in my 10 month olds name without my consent. If I had to do it over again I would drive to any other broker. I finally had to call LPL Financials customer service line to fix the mistakes Robyn made along the 2 months of time trying to work with her. LPL customer service was a very different experience and I was handled and paid within 10 mins. DONT WORK WITH ROBYN. I can't speak for any of the other brokers but beware.
