There are really too many wonderful things to say about working with Kathe. She helped us purchase and sell homes in the spring of 2022.

To start, she took the time to fully understand what we wanted in a new home and gave candid feedback as we looked at properties across the Pittsburgh area to keep us on track with our primary 'wants' in a new home. Buying a home in a time with rising interest rates and limited supply wasn't the most joyous experience, but Kathe was the epitome of patience and reason in some emotional moments. While this may be where Kathe is first-class, our experience in buying a home below the $1M range was that Kathe treats every one of her clients as though they are buying a multi-million dollar home.

My family and I have lived in 1 home in the Sewickley area for over 32 years. It was a very special house situated on 40 acres with beautiful views of the Ohio River and lots of privacy.
