I highly recommend contacting other law firms for any of your needs. The assistant answered my initial call, asked for clarification of my situation, and then communicated that she would see if an attorney was available to speak with me. After placing me on hold, she returned with “Unfortunately we are at capacity right now.” It was very evident that I was being dismissed and the case was not deemed to be worth their time. She was not apologetic and stated that the firm did not even have time for a straightforward contract review.

I also heard the attorneys conversing and laughing in the background, proving they were available. Any prospective client deserves respect and kindness and this interaction was anything but that.

As a result of the phone call with Leichter Law, I contacted two other large firms. Both of the other law firms were kind, knowledgeable, cognizant of my time and offered immediate consultation. If you value yourself and your business/personal needs, use other legal resources because you are worth much more than what this firm offers.

Very negative experience with this law firm. I pretty much did most the work on my own and felt totally defendless even though I hired one of their attornerys. The lawyer was very clueless to the case, magnifying his incompetency and inexperience. This is truly a terrible law firm!

I called this firm over a week ago and was told one of the attorneys would call me back. After 8 days I attempted to call again since no one had called me back. I called at 9:00 am, and the woman who answered the phone told me hold and she’d see if one of the attorneys could speak to me. Of course, none were available to speak to me. I then asked if I could schedule a time to come in to speak to an attorney about my situation and was told “I can’t do that”. I reiterated that I have a pressing issue and time is of the essence, and was told “Someone will call you back”. I felt like I was bothering them, that I was an annoyance, which is absolutely pathetic. They need to update their website and remove the “Call for a consultation” because they have zero desire to speak to any potential clients. Do not waste your time calling them, go somewhere else. After this encounter, I ended up emailing another attorney who called me back before the end of the day. Now I feel like I dodged a bullet and am grateful I never received a call back from them.
