Mark Roles was my divorce attorney a few years ago. He was very professional and helped me negotiate a fair settlement. After I retired this year, I needed help revoking a QDRO that was in place from the initial divorce. I hired a different attorney, who either had no idea how to help me or just wanted my money and didn't care. I then hired Mark Roles to help me again. Time was of the essence and I needed a certified court order with a month. Mark took care of everything in less than a month and now I have my full retirement intact! I would not hesitate to hire Mark Roles again if I need legal help. In fact, I have recommended him to friends that were in need of a divorce attorney!

Mark was referred to me from a program we have here at Dell - CLC. I had several referrals but he was the only attorney that responded back to me in a timely fashion.

He helped me with all my legal needs and provided stellar services for my custody modification case.

He was knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. He provided the highest values in Client and Attorney relations. He was easily reached and available throughout the week. Mark was attentive, prompt and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him for any legal needs. He will get the job done.

Mark was extremely helpful and patient with me when representing me during my divorce. I felt comfortable sharing with him & seeking his advice. He offered consistent, logical advice which ended in a more favorable settlement for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him in the future if needed.

I have nothing critical to say. I was coming off dealing w/ a very difficult lawyer. Mark and Sandra make things so easy. I am never left wondering what happens next. He resolved my custody issue so much faster than I thought was possible. He was candid, and gave me realistic options, while still being kind. I just can't say enough good things about working w/ Mark.

He has been the most patient and understanding person I could have ever met and/or hired. My divorce has been dragged out and dirty now for three years. He has decided to continue helping me with resolving ALL of our frustrating issues when in reality it should have been over a few years ago. I don't know many if at all attorneys willing to go these lengths for their clients. I cant thank him enough for being so loyal and understanding. I am proud to say that Marc Roles is My Attorney. Whoever is writing these unfair and ridiculous posts about Marc must be confused and impossible to represent. Keep up the hard work Marc!!

I normally don't write negative reviews, but our experience with Mark was so abysmal, I feel I need to warn others. Throughout our case, Mark was extremely unresponsive (sometimes taking weeks to respond), lacked attention to detail (for example, didn't ask for important information during discovery), did the least amount of work he could get away with, advised us to accept an unfair deal from the other side, and then became so unresponsive we finally had to get a new attorney to finalize the case. By then most of the damage had already been done. The new attorney was shocked at how Mark had handled our case. We thought it was bad, but we didn't realize quite how badly the case had been handled until we were working with someone else. Mark is the type of attorney who gives attorneys a bad name. I expect that, like other negative reviews here, he will claim that this review is fake. I truly wish that were the case, but unfortunately, it is real and our experience with him has had very real, lasting negative effects on our family.

Mark knows his family law. He did a great job in settling my divorce. How many men do you know get a better settlement than the ex-spouse. I would recommend Mark to anyone.

I hired Mark to represent me in my divorce in 2012 and it was horrible. I felt like I was representing myself during mediation. I even turned to him at one point and asked if he was going to say anything. My ex and I didn’t have any kids or property yet our divorce dragged on until 2014. I paid him over $10,000.
