Daniel from Electronics Kinnect not only built us a blazing fast system to handle our video editing needs at a very reasonable price, but he solved some nagging issues that we thought were software based, that even the tech support reps couldn't solve. Turns out there were hardware issues that really were at the heart of the problems. No matter what concerns cropped up, Daniel had the right hardware and configuration solutions to get us back in production....and with a faster workflow than we've experienced for years! (Plus he made the build look sooo cool to boot!)

Daniel was knowledgeable and very professional. He let me know what he was doing throughout the process. Giving me options, if the first fix didn't work what he would do next. I took my computer in and then waited for an hour and was able to take my computer back home with me. The price to fix it was very reasonable. I would recommend Electronics Kinnect for you computer and cell phone needs.

Was in a few weeks ago with an old Lenovo laptop that was acting up. Owner sat with me about 40 min until issue was discovered. I mentioned I had second similar laptop and he recommended cloning the SSD from troubled machine, along with other details including parts needed to get back up and running quickly.

He could have easily done this work and charged me for it but had an eye out for my wallet and fact that the machine was older and not a good investment. With his instructions and parts list, I was able to fix it for $45.00.

Also, while I was in there he took another customer with a phone that wouldn't charge. He cleaned out port and sent woman on her way quickly without charge. All in all, a knowledgeable and kind business owner. I'll be certainly be back for any electronics issue or needed equipment/accessories.
