I felt disrespected from the moment I walked in through to the end of the transaction.

I was selling a property and wanted the proceeds wired to an account. Two days prior to closing, my realtor asked if I heard from the settlement company about wiring instructions and I said no but said a cashier's check would be okay.

I walk into this place, there's nobody present so I yell out hello and some guy comes from down a hall demanding to know my full name and the reason for my presence, then apologizes because the receptionist is off. Meanwhile, he never identifies himself.

Closing is at 1pm and there is nobody present. I can hear footsteps as mystery man announces me and then more footsteps as Karen comes to say hello and collect my identification.

As she's copying it, I see a check made out to me and it's not a cashier's check. I ask about it and Karen launches into a tirade about why a cashier's check isn't possible and a wire isn't possible either until Monday.

I'm trying to explain what I was expecting but Karen is more concerned about being "right" than listening to my concerns and working together to better understand where communication broke down and, more importantly, how to move forward. I finally stopped talking to her because she wasn't being helpful. As an added bonus, she was so exasperated and confused as to who I was, she thought I was the buyer and was questioning why I would even get a check. Perhaps listening instead of talking would have been helpful.

At settlement, my broker handed me the paperwork because I wasn't going to sit next to such a disrespectful loudmouth.

As a final ironic touch, the buyer's agent complained that the pen that was provided by The Wiley Group was leaking.

This is going to be somewhat of a different type of review. Brian was amazing as a lawyer. He was representing the buyers that we were selling our property to. They were absolutely nasty and horrible, but Brian made everything absolutely as pleasant as he possibly could. Cause I know it wasn't easy for him having to deal with the buyers himself. If Ever I would need a lawyer in this area I would definitely hire him. It's a shame he doesn't live closer to where. We live in Hagerstown Maryland area. it was a real pleasure dealing with Brian, he's not like your normal lawer, he's not a stuffed shirt. He is very kind and very sweet and compassionate. And now a review on Karen, Brians assistant she is the sweetest lady. They both went 110 percent out of their way to try to help us. Karen is truly an angel. as horrible as the experience was dealing with the buyers that live there in Dillsburg, It was a pleasure meeting Brian and Karen, they were so kind, and I know it wasn't easy on them either dealing with the buyers. I can't thank both you enough for everything you did to help us. God bless and keep you Brian and Karen. All I can say as far as the buyers go Karma and the Lord will make sure they're taken care of.

My wife and I have been looking to update our will for a number of years, but kept putting it off. After talking with Attorney Stone, we decide it was finally time. He did a great job explaining what options were available and made us feel very comfortable at every step. Highly recommend.

5 stars all the way! Paul Siegrist exceeded my expectations. I had a long drawn out real estate lawsuit that had me stressed out for over 4 years, due to the the court system being backed up during the pandemic. It was very frustrating but he assured me that we had a solid case and most likely would win back the money that I had to lay out. I had to fix an issue which wasn't disclosed to me in the real estate agreement after purchasing a home. When I finally had my day in court, he showed up and fought one heck of a fight for me. After 3 and half hours of witness testimony and cross examining the defendants, he made his point known and I was awarded what I was owed. Thanks for the phenomenal representation! Definitely worth every penny!

I came to this law office under suggestion from our neighbors who's whole family uses them to help with all kinds of real estate issues and transactions. I don't know how you rate lawyers, but I worked with Brian on closing on a piece of property I bought. The office made a sales agreement for the seller and I, Brain walked me through the steps and we closed without a hiccup. He was courteous to all parties involved and even spent a few minutes after closing to explain how to apply for Clean and Green. Lawyers are lawyers, but I have no complaints here.

They handled my martial separation with kindness and prompt responses. They made a difficult situation easier. I also had them update my Will and Living Will since my life circumstances have changed. If I ever need other legal services I will give them a call.

Don’t waste your time! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called specifically asking for a consult with Brian Linsenbauch for a potential upcoming legal issue my daughter might have to face. I spoke to an admin/paralegal to explain a few details about the issue I was seeking legal advice for. They gave direction for information to be dropped off and reviewed by him and since he was in the office that it would be possible to get a consult the same day. After the whole day passes we get a phone call back from the woman with very little information, useless in fact, and no consult. The whole point of contacting their office was for the consult! Instead, I was told that he won’t give free legal advice and we must retain his services for $1500. I specifically requested a legal consult so that I could get 30 minutes to an hour of legal advice. I asked if he doesn’t do consults because that’s specifically what I called for and if he wasn’t willing to allow me to pay for an hour of his time, then I will find someone else who will. Evidently, they “assumed” I was looking for free legal advice when I asked for a consult. Which I felt was really odd. I had to literally explain to the woman that I have a family lawyer that if I need him, we set up an appointment and I PAY him for his time and asked if that’s not how it works there? The woman seemed shocked and said she would talk to Brian and call me back. Too little too late. Whether fault of this entire situation (or waste of time) falls on the assistant for lack of proper communication or on Brian for lack of regard or both, I was left with nothing but disappointment. I’ve never had an attorney turn me down for a simple consult and demand retention for legal advice before any advice could be provided when we weren’t even at a place to retain an attorney yet. Needless to say, I found someone else who would listen. It was NOT Brian. Bad business all around.
