I hired Bill to represent me for a speeding ticket since I live out of town and couldn’t attend court myself. I paid the required fee and trusted his “top-notch service” to help reduce or eliminate the impact of the ticket. Unfortunately, after his representation, I still ended up with the same 2 points on my license.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend his services.

Mr Shreve is one of the best guys I ever met. I got my third dui. One in CA and two in in pa. Looking at one to two years in jail. He got me four months in county jail and six months house arrest. Best dui attorney in dauphin county. He knows everyone in the county. It really shows he s been attorney in dauphin for 26 yrs. If you needed help with a dui call this guy. Was so glad I got him .

Basically did nothing for me. He showed up to the court house early without telling me, and took a deal I never wanted on my behalf which was based on false information that he assumed to be true. He had 2 months to prepare a defense against a citation that should have been thrown out, and instead pressured me into taking a deal. He assured me when I spoke with him a month before the court date he would be reviewing the video and police report but based on my conversations he didn't look at either until day of. Once in the conference room, he pressured me into taking the deal and seemed completely uninterested in actually defending me. I will be appealing the new charge with a new attorney. This "defense" cost me close to $700 by the way. 0/5 if I could.
