Very rude. Called to schedule an appointment, no answer, no voice machine. Stopped by to see if they were open, and if so I wanted to schedule since I couldn't reach anyone over the phone. As soon as I stepped into the office the lady YELLED at me, "you need an appointment!" I tried to explain the above mentioned, but was rudely cut off and told she doesn't speak to anyone without an appointment. I called a few times before driving 20mins there to see about setting up an appointment. Great 1st impression lady. I'll never do business with you and steer anyone I know away from you.

TL;DR - If you purchase a trailer from Lowes, I would recommend avoiding this place for titling and registration needs.

I purchased a utility trailer from New Castle Lowes and upon receiving my certificate of origin, I was also recommended to use this notary to get the title, registration and plates.

I called multiple times during business hours but no one ever picked up. I tried to leave a voicemail but the voicemail mailbox was full. I left an "SMS notification" but never heard back.

I then decided to just drive down to the notary and see if I could just do a walk-in. I arrived before 10:30AM on a Tuesday, 1.5 hours before the lunch break which started at 12PM. Even still, there was no one there and the door was locked. It was a huge frustrating waste of time.

I ended up giving Weaver Notary Services in West Middlesex a call and they picked up the phone promptly. They walked me through what I needed to bring. I went in later that day and completed the whole process, leaving with my new trailer plates in less than 10 minutes. They were incredibly kind and knowledgable and I would recommend them over this place any day.

We just went there and she was very rude, we close at 5! She said, I said well your website says 8, she rudely said that's only on wed n Friday but that isnt what her website says, I drove about 15 mins and took both my kids out in the down pour and got there at 5:03, I dont care if she has the best prices, shes rude
