Great customer service. Great service all around. Very polite very clean very accurate you don't have to worry about anything you can speak freely in his confidential I trust them and I recommend those that need their service go to them. Just make sure to follow up be honest be upfront and you will get your answers. I'm very thankful and blessed that they have been around.

Everyone from Jocelyn with intake to Evan Phoenix, the Director of PLC Federal Tax Clinic, has gone above and beyond to do everything to assist with my very complex issues arising from my former spouse and IRS issues.

Not happy, a social worker lied to a judge, she kidnapped my daughter to get revenge on me. The judge was making fun of me and calling me horrible names. She getting even with me as well after 18 plus years ago. Horrible people.

This is where the person that talked to me on the phone you should take some sensitivity training even after I told you my disability you still were rude to me and you should call people maybe not a half hour before you're going to go home for you want to be such a nice person you know when you're going to be homeless which you probably never have a lady you didn't know what it's like so you don't care that's why I hung up on you

She has issues filling simple documents for simple case divorce it takes 4 years and still, she is submitting the wrong forms to the court.
I don't recommend her to anyone.
This is an honest review and trusts me I didn't want to leave her review but after the last rejection for the files she submitted, I am sure she doesn't know the basic to file simple documents.

Great staff, they truly care. What they do is admirable and I know they would help every solid case if they could. From the is selfless attorneys to the wonderful staff who greet callers with patience and sincere compassion, please listen carefully with respect if you call on them. They are there to offer their expertise.
