Trying to reach an attorney at this office is a nightmare. I keep dealing with the secretary or whatever she is COURTNEY I go by the office in the first thing COURTNEY wants to do a start yelling at me and telling me that she does not like me remind you that I am a black woman. That was the first thing she said to me how she did not like me how she did not want to deal with me, and she was telling me in my face that she did not like me at this point I felt like I was racially attacked. All I was trying to do was get a clear understanding on where all my money had went. Thanks to Sonia who came out to help with a calmer toner to get this issue resolved. Each time I called up there it was a different story. I have been calling for the last two weeks to keep hearing totally different stories so when I finally do go by there, she’s yelling she’s screaming. “I don’t like you. I don’t wanna deal with you” so I’m starting to think that they do not like dealing with Black people. I was very calm. I asked her “why are you yelling at me? I’m not yelling at you” She said “because I don’t like you” not once have I met this lady face-to-face or raise my voice with her, but she’s hung up on me several times when I called trying to get a clear understanding on my garnishment. Whatever you do please don’t use law firm!!!!

Worst law firm in the state, easily. Customer service is horrible and very unprofessional. Does not follow up as promised, does not take notes or keep up with previous conversations and worst of all, says one thing and does another. If you have any hope of finding success with your issue, please seek other representation. These people had my contact information as we'd had several conversations but for some reason they sent my legal documents to an ex girl friend from 5+ years ago claiming they didn't have my address.

i called to verify that the final payment was received and included a self addressed stamped envelope for a letter showing the account was paid in full, lady was very rude told me they hold payments for 2 weeks, this is completely unprofessional, you always get a paid in full reciept when you pay a bill.
