The firm has been so great handling my parents case. It was very easy to work with Andrew Duncan, Joanna, Brandi, and others involved on our case. They were patient and thoroughly explained everything to me and my parents. We had never been in an accident of this magnitude and it was suggested that we hire a lawyer. Had an accident and was hit from behind on the Alabama gulf coast while on vacation. They were helpful in all aspects of handling the hospital and medical bills. Helping set up appointments. Then having to have surgery they helped not only with the negotiating of the other drivers insurance they also helped negotiate my Insurance and getting the medical bills settled.
