I went here so I could change my address, last name on file due to marriage & I needed to go to the per capita office. The lady in the enrollment office was nice changed my address, took my picture & was able to change my last name. However the lady in the per capita was almost the opposite I asked her if she could get me a read out of last years payments because I couldn't access it online & how can I change my payment method to direct deposit. This lady had an attitude but I didn't know why, she took my ID to make sure of the old/new address on file of where my read out(s) were going. Then when I asked her what did she need from me to change my payment method to direct deposit & I don't know if she couldn't hear me or just ignored me because she just walked away to get a printed papet but didn't say nothing about it when she handed me the paper (it was the last payout stub from 10/31/19). I wasn't going to stay there & take her attitude anymore so I thanked her for her help with the paper & left.
