First off he gave us a price on a divorce of $400 and that was total as he expressed at his office! A couple of months later we go down to get the divorce started and he changes the price! Very rude and unprofessional! We shouldn’t have, but we went ahead and paid him for his service ! He told us the divorce wouldn't take long because it was uncontested! We waited for months no response so we called and he had not even started the divorce said he forgot! After calling numerous times he said he needed more money to send someone to serve the papers! I paid the money and still couple more months goes by! Finally we called every few days and im sure he got tired of us calling so he decided to proceed with the paperwork to be signed ! 5 months later we called the court to see if he had filed the divorce! They said to call the attorney so i did and he said he wouldn’t sending the divorce papers all he could do was email them! A divorce that should have taken maybe a month ended up being 5 months not to mention the fee that was discussed in the beginning that he changed! Then charged more after the fact! I WOULD NEVER USE HIM AGAIN!!!!
