Wish I could rate 0 stars. Has to be one of the most unprofessional attorneys we have ever worked with. Refused to reach out to the parties in the transaction, or do their job. Ignored us for 2 weeks, then after calling COUNTLESS times to get them on the phone they advised us they dropped the file 2 WEEKS PRIOR because they "did not want to deal with it". Has to be the biggest joke of an attorney. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT YOUR TRANSACTION CLOSED!

We worked with Kelly and Rick Davidson, and Stephen Clay to handle a construction fraud lawsuit against a local contractor. The team at Davidson Davidson and Umbach went beyond the call of duty to insure that my clients were able to close on their home before the Thanksgiving Holiday. Kelly Davidson remained at the office until 7:30 pm.
