I filed for SSI/SSDI back in 2023 and had Brock and Stout as my first attorney, they did nothing and I did all the leg work. It was exhausting and then I Finally reached out to ELG and was provided some relief and felt I could rest a little from all the stress as this process can be quite confusing as well. Alex is wonderful and explains it in ways I understand. I highly recommend this law firm! And as far as call backs, they have been on point in that area too.

So far communications with them have been thorough concise and when I leave an email for someone to contact me it happens within a reasonable amount of time. Although getting to talk with a person sometimes takes a few calls leaving messages on a machine. But someone has always called me back.
We will see how the do with my case, I have high hopes for them based on communication.

I was referred to this company my Sokolove Law per their television ads. They started on my case early winter 2018. Neither company said a word about the delays and time involved. In the meantime my medical bills were still coming in. Have had two more surgeries since the original at Shands hospital in Gainesville. Very rare for them to contact me except for paperwork requiring my notarized signature. Then months of silence. When questioned about the delays, it was COVID, Social Security or Medicare holding up the works. I did receive letters from both Social Security and Medicare stating they have no claim on my case. Then they were waiting on a review board to judge my case. That was 2 years ago. I have informed that office each time things in my life changed, they always had my current address. My last message from them was acknowledging my new address, over 4 months ago. I can not get a straight answer from them and feel like what they will share with me is a run around. Recommend them? Not at this time. Can’t wait for their bill if and when this gets settled, 6+ years of billable hours?

I have not received any information since contacting ELG. Was told I’d receive documents in the mail, and have not received anything. Made several attempts to contact them to inquire and can’t get anyone on the phone. It’s understandable that they have a lot clients. But having some sort of communication with current clients would be awesome.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend Environmental Litigation Group if you expect a favorable resolution to yours, or your loved ones lawsuit in a timely manner! My husband was diagnosed with lung cancer in February of 2018. He retained this law firm right after his diagnosis. He, unfortunately lost his cancer battle in October of 2019. I took over his case because it’s what he wanted. It’s been NOTHING but a fiasco since then! Good luck if you think this law firm has your best interests in mind because they don’t! They do nothing but provide false information to you, IF you can even get anyone to answer you!!! It’s been almost SIX YEARS since they took his case and this law firm and Medicare are the only ones that are being compensated for the loss of my husband. The small amount of monetary compensation that I’ve received is minuscule, compared to what both ELG and Medicare have received. They will say it’s “unlikely” that Medicare will want any compensation paid back for any payments they provided during yours, or your loved ones treatments but they actually have no real information to back that up! You will receive absolutely NO answers, NO updates, NO communication, plus little to no compensation, compared to what they end up receiving. Please think seriously about retaining Environmental Litigation Group! Additional information: ELG has now provided FALSE information below. I ONLY received updates if I reached out to them!

I have left messages via email, chat and phone. No response from anyone. I want to make sure that I have submitted all relevant paperwork for purposes of the lawsuit. Very frustrated with this firm and it’s lack of responsiveness.
