I started looking for a much needed SUV in mid October. Bill Hough contacted me via text and was so very helpful as I wasn’t familiar with all the different makes of the Nissan Rouge. He knew exactly what I wanted and sent me pics of the perfect one. I purchased it at the end of October. The whole staff at Nissan of Gadsden were very friendly and helpful. They even delivered it to Huntsville AL for me! Couldn’t be more impressed with their entire team!

So I bought a 2025 Nissan kicks sr from this place almost 2 weeks ago. Shannon was my sales lady and she was amazing 10/10 even after I left with the car any concerns I had she was prompt to get back with me and help me resolve it even down to teaching me how to figure out all the touch stuff. However a had an issue with my tire so I called about my complaint there was a gash in my tire and the sales manager was very fast to get back in touch with me. Very nice and professional. My car came with warranties because it's brand new however the tires wasn't in that warranty but he told me that he would replace my tire bc they take care of their customers. Even though it may or may not of happened at the dealership. I bought a car from sunny king Toyota and they did the absolute bare minimum on any of their car for the customers. I am very pleased with the Nissan of Gadsden family. Especially for Shannon and Riley being so prompt to help resolve my issue. I highly recommend Nissan of Gadsden and these two for anyone out in the car buying days. Thanks you guys so much

My experience was awesome, the staff very friendly and helpful!! Gary helped me and he was nice, very professional, patient, helpful and explained everything. Mr Kevin was also nice, professional, patient, helpful and explained everything. The manager came out and introduced himself, he was also so nice. I highly recommend Nissan of Gadsden!

Ian and Jordan were very helpful and patient with helping us get what we wanted. I worked with Jordan a little more one and one, and he was the best! Even helped me after my purchase, when I had a few more questions. If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend letting them help you out! Shannon Tarvin is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with in my entire life! She is very knowledgeable highlighting key aspects you should be aware of in the vehicle.
