The new store is spacious and very well designed. The phones and accessories are spread out nicely. The staff was a great help swapping my info from my old phone to my new one. They answered all my questions about my new phone professional and patiently.
This is the best location in this area to buy phones and accessories because the taxes are lower, that does save money.

10/10 every time I go in! The last couple times I was there, I had the pleasure of Allen Edgworth assisting me! This past weekend, he was able to get me an internet package that was cheaper than what I was previously paying with another company and helped me get my daughter the iPhone she’s been wanting for Christmas at a VERY affordable rate! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and made the whole process simple and quick! The only downfall was me baking in the store due to no shaded windows, but I know that was NOT Mr. Edgworth’s fault and I would still rate the experience 10/10! He will always have my continued business and Verizon/ Cellular Sales is very lucky to have him as an employee! 🙂

Went in on Sunday of this week and was promised one thing...went back in Thursday to pick up the phone and all of sudden they had no idea what we was talking about. They told me and my husband both on different occasions the same thing. Allen was absolutely no help and didn't try and make it right...we cancelled our order and called the 800 number and got a lot better service and got a better deal than than we were promised in the beginning. Will never do business there again. They lost two sales that day. We wound up upgrading two phone. Very unprofessional.
