Don't know who I contacted on feb13th around 3:45 pm about a disconnect on lands road but the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Like down right horrible and I would love for someone to pull that call and listen. You dont treat customers that way have patience if someone just moved they prob need a second to find their new address aka they just moved. There is no since in being so hateful! Whoever the women i spoke to i hope you take some customer service classes in the future and its sad your working for this company that for the most part I've never had an issue with. Down right disrespectful to keep putting someone on hold when they are trying to talk and then just hang up on them. Wish I got her name. It's a shame to employee awful people like this.

FIBER internet at last in my rural community! I am happy dancing all over the internet now. Thank you so very much for providing a much needed fast connection for me to work remotely. Their technicians were great, communication was great, and they put in fiber all the way to my house underground when I wasn't even sure it was possible. I really appreciate them!!

I was surprised to discover unanticipated charges on my bill following a service call to fix my modem connection. Specifically, I was billed $90 for 50 feet of CAT 6 Cable and an additional $75 for the service visit, neither of which were communicated beforehand.

Furthermore, there was initially a one-month timeline quoted for Internet installation, which I had to advocate to expedite due to my occasional work-from-home requirements.

Considering these experiences, I will be exploring alternative Internet providers such as Starlink, who is known for transparent pricing and efficient customer service.
