I’ve been trying to get insurance since they cancelled my insurance without my consent, before my daughter was born she’s 6 months old and I STILL HAVE NO INSURANCE! I’ve been fighting with them for literally months and I’m so sick of it.

Atmosphere was great, employee was extremely friendly and helpful and all of the paperwork was already out front for me to pick up with some extra papers that were very helpful to me, as well. It took me maybe 5 minutes!!! 😁

I find it interesting that my daughter has had ENDLESS issues with HSP. The incompetence of the people in this Program collective is terrifying! The way no care is given concerning the needs of this community as a WHOLE is TERRIFYING! All the while their children are eating just fine. Not worrying if bills and rent are paid. More importantly, in my opinion, let's address the elephant in the room. The ENTITLEMENT OF THE "UPPERS". How dare you not take care in the well being of Families and children! It's time your laziness is rewarded. You need to be REPLACED with people who actually care. Starting with some diversity! Shame on all of you for taking a job of SERVICE only to HINDER! DISGUSTING!

I've turned in paperwork, with 2 different months on them. Only to be mailed the papers back, to be filled out again. They seem like they need to do some serious updating of their services. It makes me more proud of my hometown. Each trip, I have to drop papers off here.

Nice staff, when i was there, there were no lines or waiting. When it comes to answering the phone, it’s a very very hard task to get ahold of anyone there. After 2 months they’ve closed my case and did not notify me. Very very hard to get through and to get benefits due to that

I know this is a government office, so hopefully you have very low expectations anyways, but just so you're well aware this place reaches a whole new level of low. First, they screw up and lose my paperwork. Then, of course that causes me to lose my benefits, which they didn't even bother to notify me of, they just cancelled them. So, I had to reapply, which wouldn't have been an issue, except that the county you live in cannot work your case so it has to be sent to another county and they used to be able to expedite your case so it usually took 24 hours to get your stamps and Medicaid back. That's not the case anymore.

No one answers phones!
The lady at the window has a poor attitude.
They don't send reminders out until days before the final date listed for anything .
Extremely sexist against males.
Highly argumentative.
Absolute nightmare if you are in need as a man.
Don't put you info in causing a delay in your application
