I worked with them for ~30 days due to my mom passing at the end. You'd be better off using Perplexity AI and Google and saving your money. Ended up paying the fee for a medicaid application, gathered documents on my own, and planned a funeral on my own at the end. They keep the full fee regardless of the outcome, charge for phone calls, and only would talk over email. There's nothing modern about the workflow, from sending important documents via email, and making bad copies of files that you provide. If the client dies, they won't call or send flowers. If you care about your loved one you should go elsewhere.
