I have been a customer of The Elrod Firm for many years starting with the office in Bentonville, AR and now beginning to work with the office in Hot Springs Village, AR. They have assisted me primarily with my personal trust but also by reviewing my family's trust when it came time for me to become the active trustee. They have always been very professional, willing to listen and make changes to my trust as needed during its creation as well as my needs and circumstances have evolved. And most of all friendly. I would highly recommend them for elder law and trust creation and maintenance.

There is just one thing that I would like to see them change. Please move your office in Hot Springs Village outside of the gated community! I feel like I am being asked to "show my papers" every time I need to visit this location. I will most likely move my business to the Bryant, AR location in the future even though it is further to drive to avoid the feeling of being interrogated at the gate every time I need to visit.
