Getting something for nothing I feel is stealing. You are keeping my money on a 10 day technicality. True, I did try to schedule my test on the 70th day and not the 60th.

By you not having a way to help your clients or notify them their date is approaching is beyond me.

I had a hardship in the family and it took a little long to buy the newer version of books. This is after already paying you once and falling a little short.

Maybe implement a way to extend if necessary. You never know what someone has going on in their life!!!
