I am an owner of a PI firm in Michigan. I just called a private investigations in Google, they informed me that they are not located in Arkansas. That firm gave us the company Leverage Investigations to call. I called and explained what I needed, I was abrubtly told that they don't do what we needed. He informed me that all of his many investigators were already working cases right now. I explained that what we needed did not have to be completed today. I had not gotten to what we actually needed yet. He said "most firms won't pay what we charge". He had not explained his rates at all nor did he know what I actually needed. I tried to explained that we were reffered to him and he had already hung up. Unbelieveable. As a PI who values working with other firms across the country, I would never work with them. I have also contacted the firm that referred them to us to let them know.
