I do not recommend this business. The receptionist, “Lita” is always rude and condescending. I had to basically do all of the work and provide them everything, all they did was the filling. I could’ve and should’ve done that myself and saved myself the money I wasted on them. I went to them when they were Allen Barnes & Jones, not sure if they’ve changed much in 2 years. At my creditors meeting Cody, my attorney, didn’t even speak up or try to assist me at all. This place made the whole bankruptcy process much more difficult than it needed to be. Save your money and time and the work they will make YOU do and go somewhere else.

We highly recommend Allen Barns & Jones. Very organized, on top of everything. All of them are very friendly and professional. I won’t ever go through this again it was a lesson learned, but like I mentioned won’t happen again. Awesome work guys and girls keep up the good work and hopefully a lot of people only do this once and not every 3 to 8 years. Unlike other services this guys are with you all the way even in the last meeting with the trustee, I went to get a second opinion and that attorney said he wouldn’t be at the last meeting with the trustee, and that I would go alone, both my wife and i felt scared as we’ve never done this before, and at Allen Barns & Jones the attorney said to us, also don’t worry I will be there through out the entire process, which made us feel at ease, they were also way more affordable and they understood our situation a lot better then the other guys. Thank you Allen Barn & Jones for your Services...

First off they did an amazing job in getting me taken care of in a manner that I felt empowered to move forward. An attorney down the street wanted 2700.00 for my filing, not these folks and they took payments from day one, I was able to file for almost a whole 1000.00 less with these folks. The really do cross their T's and dot their i's and ensure their clients feel like people. I would recommend anyone in Yuma to contact Allen Barnes and Jones for their financial recovery needs.
