Alan was extremely unprofessional. He provided misleading and incorrect information that greatly undermined our immigration process. He never answered or responded the call when we had to make critical decisions regarding our case. Responses to emails were slow. He forwarded case information to us weeks after he already received the notice. We don’t recommend him at all.
