I’ve known Ginny for five years now. She and her team helped me and my family a great deal. There are multiple cases that her law group helped us to accomplished, most recently for my wife’s PR card petition, we file the petition on March 15th and my wife got her I-130 approval letter on May 20th which completely blew my mind. If you are looking for an attorney that is responsible, resourceful and trustworthy then look no further because Ginny is the one for you. Ginny is the best immigration lawyer in town, period. She handled multiple cases of mine since 2019. Every time, her team finished my case perfectly and in a timely manner. Her team is also top-notch. I had a previous employer move to a new location but I put the previous address on my application without knowing it, her assistant literally went through all the details on my application and picked out that "mistake". Though Ginny is very busy, she is super reachable and would answer your questions anytime that you can imagine. I had a very complicated divorce case, and because my English wasn't very good, I had to find a good lawyer who could speak Chinese. After experiencing several lawyers in the Silicon Valley area and almost losing hope, I found Ginny. After just an hour of communication with her, I completely trusted her. I handed over my case to her. She knew how to handle my divorce case, and everything she said and did was approved by me. Later, the other party and I agreed to settle our divorce, and Ginny refunded the remaining attorney fees to me. What surprised me was that she had more conscience than any other lawyer in Silicon Valley and didn't overcharge me a penny. So whether you're in Southern California or Northern California, if you unfortunately need a divorce, you must find Ginny to represent you. She will definitely not disappoint you.
