We reached out to this law firm and they accepted us as clients. However, they let us down because they missed Important information in the police report of the vehicle collision. In fact, they missed that the police report had an entirely different vehicle collision. Our insurance stated that the accident was our fault and then this law firm dropped us. We had to go to the police department and have the police report amended. Mind you, we have three kids at home, one a newborn. If this law firm wouldn’t have missed that information we wouldn’t have had to deal with all of this. We are 15 K in debt because the other driver wouldn’t cooperate. Then we dealt with this offer that let us down. We are now in the process of reversing the claim status with our insurance and seeking another lawyer.

BEWARE! FIND SOMEONE ELSE. Super predatory lawyers. I was sent a 26 page retainer & intake "specialist" tried to pressure me into signing it while she was on the phone and reading it later. I told her I read documents before I sign them. About 15 minutes after the intake, where I was given the retainer, I got a voicemail saying they would not longer wish to represent me. Retainer demands up to 55% of earnings and charges up to $950 an hour for services.... serves me right. I called them after seeing a ladylawgroup ad on IG. THIS IS SUPER PREDATORY and expecting people to sign a retainer for legal representation without reading it is ILLEGAL.

The attorney Lillian is non existent at this firm. She does not speak to clients and if you were referred her by another firm, then find a different firm. You will not be updated on your case and you’ll be forgotten about it. My partner brought his case here and was always told the attorney is out of town or on vacation. She is a joke.

The service is awful!!!! It’s been months since I stopped going to the chiropractor all I hear are excuses. They never reach out, it takes them days to follow up when I send a message. After seeing all these reviews I’m
scared they will continue to prolong this just to tell me they couldn’t get anything.

Gave them 2 cases of car accident that I was not at fault at & they made me go to doctors appointments,get X-rays ,mri & treatments all to say that they couldn’t get enough money to cover the medical bills so I can’t get compensated for any of my cases so useless never using them again any other law firm is better they don’t even give you any updates or check ups on the case I had tk call every time to know something
