I had a deeply disappointing experience with Kazerouni Law Group, APC, in handling my unlawful termination suit against my previous employer. The attorney assigned to my case, Nadir, came across as entitled and arrogant, which severely undermined the trust and confidence I had in their ability to represent me effectively. Communication was abysmal, and I felt that my case was on the verge of being lost due to their lack of engagement.

A brief improvement in communication occurred only after a managing partner, David, intervened. However, this was short-lived, and the same lack of communication returned once a settlement check was cut. The firm received this settlement check last year, but I did not receive my portion until this year, which added to my frustration.

I would not recommend Kazerouni Law Group, APC, as I felt they never truly believed in my case. I was severely low-balled into a settlement amount, and my case files were not thoroughly reviewed. I had to advocate for myself constantly just to get the bare minimum in terms of follow-up communications and next steps. This experience has left me feeling underrepresented and dissatisfied with the service provided.
