I hired this firm to represent me after an accident, and I was deeply disappointed. While they have a structured process in place, they made little effort to advocate for my best interests. They simply accepted whatever the insurance company offered to wrap things up quickly, rather than fighting for my rights. In the end, the case settled for far less than I had anticipated and deserved. So, I would not recommend them. Moving forward, I also learned that you cannot always trust Google reviews. I am not sure how a firm with so many great reviews provided such poor service, and my experience did not reflect the reputation they seem to have online.

I do not recommend them at all. They do not like to work. They accept what the insurance company offers without discussion or defense. In the end, you feel that they are in a movie and an agreement has been made with the insurance company to get the lowest possible amount for each. I do not recommend them at all.
