Just finished up with a very difficult and emotional legal battle for guardianship of my grandchild, I had to go against my own child and do what was in the best interest of my grandchild. With that said I was very nervous and anxious as it took over a year to complete, but the entire office and all the attorneys were on point. They were very honest and quite helpful in every aspect. Sure it was expensive and yes my grandchild is worth every cent. Both Scott and Omar explained ways to cut corners and how to keep things moving forward taking into count that I’m on permanent disability (SSA). The trial was scary and I really appreciated the way they handled my grandchild and looked out for everyone’s best interest. I know for a fact, I couldn’t have kept my sanity without them. Great job guys.

I used the Law Offices of Omar Gastelum for my parents living trust. My initial concern was finding someone who was able to speak Spanish. I was surprise to find that their assigned attorney spoke Spanish fluently and was very professional with both my parents. Anytime my mother had a question she was able to call and get an answer right away. Their attorney never rushed them and was very patient with them until the they completed their trust. My mother was very happy with their services that she now uses the Law Offices of Omar Gastelum for all their legal needs. She always recommends her friends to the firm for any legal matters as well

This past year I needed legal assistance without knowing who to go to I was given a good word about the Law Offices of Omar Gastelum & Associates. If you want to get mediocre representation than Omar Gastelum & Associates is the best. I had a simple case that took years and thousands of dollars without a resolution. When I decided to relieve Mr. Gastelum’s office from representing me, I got the runaround to get my file and charged for each page. This office is great for immigration issues but not so great for family law.

Do your research folks. I unfortunately trusted a previous client of Gastelum & Associates to only be disappointed and discontent with their services or lack of. Happy to report that after seeking legal counsel elsewhere my case was resolved in 3 months.
