We consulted Dana Cannon on an Elder Care issue concerning my husband's father. We called to make an appointment but Dana took our call immediately. Very impressive. It was very difficult to find a great litigation attorney for a difficult situation I had to get a trust completed. I must have called close to 20 numbers and did hours of research. I fired 2 attorneys that were stringing me along for more billable hours. I finally got hold of a retired trust attorney that recommended Dana Cannon from seeing her in the courtroom. She is a gem amongst attorneys. Reasonable rates, tough, she shielded me from unnecessary stress since I have had a stroke and she got the trust completed and over. It was clear she is pro client and not only her fee. It was clear to me she went above and beyond what she had to do. She was easy to communicate with. Her court paperwork and skills in court were all I was told. She was excellent. I can't say enough good things. She is the kind of person not just professional attorney you want working on your side. I would recommend her to anyone.

Professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring...this is Dana Cannon. She assisted me with an account my late husband had established before his death, without my knowledge or a beneficiary listed. I thought I would need to file for probate, but Dana cited probate laws in CA and sent a letter stating so to the company. They finally relented and sent me a check for the entire investment. Thank you so much Dana! You made my life easier and less stressful!
