Im gonna cut straight to the chase.

1. You never get to meet your attorney. You have to ask to meet them in order for that to ever happen. I had to ask for my attorneys name and even then I was transferred to a different attorney. Don't expect Arash to be the one handling your case. Everything is over the phone or electronically.
2. If your case isn't worth much because the party at faults insurance is a low policy, they will do very little to help you. What I mean by that is that they will not litigate for you, will not open the other persons policy for you no matter how serious your injuries are. I have a concussion with debilitating headaches that don't go away and they simply said they could not do more for me. That even if they went into litigation I would only get the policy limit which was the minimum requirement in CA for 2024. All you will hear is apologies for your injuries and that there isn't more they can do. Too bad so sad.
3. The attorney handling our case, Kevin, seemed very flustered. It was evident he had not looked at our files before speaking to me. I challenged him with many questions and he seemed unsure about everything.
4. It appears to me that the case managers do most of the work when closing cases where policy limits are low.
5. There was miscommunication.
6. Don't expect much out of your lawsuit monetarily. You'll probably get a third of the at faults party policy limits, this was a statistic given to me by the attorney I spoke to at Arash Law.

My case hasn’t even closed but I regret signing with this firm. I went from one bad firm to this one and I should’ve kept looking. The communication is non existent, it seems unless your case is bringing in big money they won’t even bother with you. They sent me to a chiropractor that would just use a massage gun or chair for 15 minutes a session and just recently I found out I’m not getting anything besides the policy minimum from the driver that rear ended me which I’m positive is gonna be close to nothing after their fees and their doctor fees. Don’t let them handle your case do your research and look around for a firm that would suit you and your interests.
