I was in a bad situation with my Home Loan. I was up for Auction i thought i was going to lose my home. Tim Finney helped me know the best plan to attack my servicer and get out ahead. He helped me file a Civil Complaint in the State Court & i was able to Negotiate with my Banks Attorneys for time, a lower rate, lower balance & payment. They offered me a great solution and cancelled my foreclosure. I am so Happy with the Outcome. Tim is the man if your having a mortgage crisis def to talk him at PLA he is the best. My credit has come back up as well.
