The casino to me is broken down into three categories. Amenities, Food and Winnings. The amenities are like other casinos. Free drinks, smoking and ATM/Bill breaker. Free drinks as long as you're playing. Food. Since the buffet is no longer there. The wait time for an order is very slow. For example, "may I have a Sprite?" Fifteen minutes later. You get your drink. Or make an order and it seems like the wait time is overwhelming. I get it on a busy day. It's jammed packed. But today there were very few people. So I couldn't understand the long wait for our order. Now winnings. I didn't notice anyone winning. Certainly not me this go around. It seems like a few hundred dollars would get you something. But maybe next time. Here's some pics of the food we ordered that took a long time to get.

I recently dined at the food court in Serencce Casino, and my experience was disappointing, particularly with the gizzards. Known for its culinary reputation in the South, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, the gizzards were a letdown. After a lengthy wait of an hour, they arrived overcooked and boiled, resembling something closer to chewy clay than a flavorful dish. The lack of seasoning and poor texture made for a thoroughly unsatisfying meal. For a place with such a notable reputation, this level of quality is unacceptable. I hope they address these issues to improve their food offerings.

So sad tonight! We started coming like 2 years ago and loved it. The food, the vibe, the safety and amenities. Tonight was a true let down!
We stood in a huge line to get in. Once in, the bar closed off drinks! Then trying to find a Dr Pepper or water was impossible. We spent over $600 this evening hoping it would become better only to realize we won’t come back. The machines were not paying. Just taking. No drinks, people were standing in the aisles just talking. It was so hard to get around to a new machine. If we tried a new machine, someone would just be sitting there not playing. So sad. I won’t be telling people about this place again. Or maybe just my experience tonight.

We were looking for specific games and that turned out to be kinda difficult. But, we did finally find both of them. Actually, 2 versions of 1 but both games. I wish the virtual blackjack had all players sitting at 1 table, but it was still good game and we had an enjoyable time tonight even tho we lost money.

Worst treatment I've ever had at a casino. I did WIN, but decided not to play after I was told I was "cut off" after PAYING for ONE... YES ONE DRINK. I was NOT looking for anything free... I simply walked up to the bar (SAME one I ordered the first.... one and ONLY drink) and was told by the bartender she was waiting for her manager. To my SURPRISE, I was then accused that I had already had 1 prior - which I had NOT. The manager stated she would have to 'review the tapes' to confirm I had NOT had a previous drink. By then, I had NO INTEREST IN GIVING THEM ANY OF MY MONEY... (i did tell her to go ahead and review the video). The rest of the day, I was followed by security as I walked around the casino waiting for my friend - who was PLAYING and LOSING. After about 2 hours of being followed around, I left and sat outside in the heat.
I guess, even if you're willing to PAY for a drink, if you're NOT PLAYING AND LOSING YOUR MONEY TO THE CASINO, you aren't welcome.

When you cash in, if your ticket has less than $1 you can’t get your change unless you walk all the way back to the cashier which is the back. Makes it really hard for a disabled person. If you can’t walk that far the casino keeps your money. Basically they steal it. I don’t think I’ll be back. Oaklawn is as easy for me to go to as Saracen.

Called the steakhouse to ask about table availability. The person that answered said they were open and taking tables. When we got there the host said they had no tables and couldn't seat us. He said they should have told us that when we called. Had to eat in the food court. Food is suitable enough for snacks not a full dinner.
